PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Registration is reserved for RETAILERS OR DEALERS in the clothing sector.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from our team, confirming that your account has been activated.


The minimum order amount is €300.00 (three hundred euros), excluding VAT. There is no minimum for size or color.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE:

  1. Click on the top menu "B2B COLLECTION" from which a window will open to our wholesale purchasing portal. From there you can register, log in, view and purchase from the entire catalog.

  2. The staff will check the availability of the selected products, which will be communicated to the customer via Whatsapp. If some selected products are missing, it is possible to add or modify your order via Whatsapp.

IMPORTANT : Shipping will only take place after the invoice balance has actually been received and not before.

The prices shown in the catalogue are BEFORE VAT.

Pagamenti

PAYMENTS

Paying on the site is not available as payment is made offline, after confirmation of the parts and total order has arrived from Arita staff via WhatsApp.

WITH INVOICE:

  • Debit/Credit Card (processing via Pay-By-Link on Nexi platform) - A link generated via Nexi platform will be sent with the invoice total, the reason (example: invoice no. x) and the name of the paying person already set. All data is encrypted and at the sole discretion of the customer.

  • Bank Transfer - The necessary data will be sent via WhatsApp message.

Important: The bank transfer must be made as Instant in order to ship the goods on the same day.*

*The transaction is only possible if the balance is paid by 2:30 pm. For all instant transfers sent after the indicated time, the goods will be shipped the next working day.

Resi

RETURNS

It is possible to return a product if it is defective by reporting it via WhatsApp with a photo/video of the fault as soon as possible.

Once the defect is found, the courier will come to collect the goods as soon as possible. In case of different indications, they will be communicated on whatsapp.

The goods, only after arriving from Arita, can be exchanged for goods of the same value to be added to the next order. Alternatively, a credit will be given to use on subsequent orders.

 

ARITA reserves the right to accept or reject defective merchandise based on actual condition. Returned merchandise must not have been washed or worn under any circumstances.

We do not accept exchanges for incorrect purchases, color or size changes by the customer.

For orders totaling €600.00 (six hundred euros) or more, excluding VAT, shipping is free. Otherwise, the shipping cost is €10.00 (ten euros), excluding VAT, (excluding Italian islands) with GLS ITALIA (default courier) or BRT ITALIA.
Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Italian Islands
Excluding Sicily and Sardinia, for orders with destinations to Italian islands, the customer will be contacted after placing the order to arrange shipping. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Europe (Schengen Area)
For orders totaling €1,000.00 (one thousand euros) or more, excluding VAT, shipping is free (excluding European islands). Otherwise, the shipping cost is €20.00 (twenty euros), excluding VAT, with GLS EUROPA (default courier) or BRT EUROPA.
Delivery time: 3-10 business days

European Islands
For orders with destinations to European islands, the customer will be contacted after placing the order to arrange shipping. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Non-EU Countries
For orders with destinations outside the Schengen Area, the customer will be contacted after placing the order to arrange shipping. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
